Hi, I’m Alyssa. I know how important it is to feel understood, especially when life feels difficult or confusing. I became a therapist because I care deeply about creating an environment where people feel safe enough to be honest, slow down, and to process whatever they’re feeling without judgment.
I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, difficult relationships, or major life transitions. I enjoy helping people notice the patterns in how they think, feel, and relate to others because understanding those patterns can bring clarity, self-compassion, and the ability to make choices that lead to less struggle and more freedom in daily life
Meeting regularly for therapy can be a way to get to know yourself in a deeper and more honest way. It can also be a place to heal or to simply feel supported and validated through things you never expected to go through. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just trying to stay afloat, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for where you’ve been.
I use approaches like CBT, ACT, and strengths-based therapy, but always strive to be collaborative and flexible. We’ll work together to find what actually helps at a pace that works for you!
