My name is Aspen and I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a master’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University (UVU). I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Family Science with a minor in Psychology from UVU. With a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for mental health and advocacy, I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and a client-centered approach to my work.
During my graduate internship, I provided individual therapy services and developed a strong appreciation for strength-based practices. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful growth.
My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a whole-person perspective. I’m especially interested in maternal mental health, identity development, and the complex ways that cultural and societal expectations can shape our well-being. I believe in meeting each client where they are and walking alongside them through life’s challenges, transitions, and self-discovery.
I’m committed to growing both personally and professionally as I continue this work. I’m passionate about helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to make lasting, positive change in their lives.
