Each appointment will be charged through credit or debit card at end of our session.

As a courtesy, we will print off a superbill at the end of the visit, which can subsequently be sent to your insurance company seeking reimbursement.

This does not guarantee reimbursement, and patient/guardian will be responsible for all charges.
